Execute

Manage the assigned activities, documents, milestones, communication, and exceptions. Escalate decisions that require client input.

Document the operating model, review lessons, and assess how it can support repeat transactions or additional markets.

Define responsibilities before handoffs begin

The client provides commercial and product information and makes the decisions assigned to its role. DEXENT coordinates the agreed scope. Local providers execute their assigned activities under the applicable engagement terms.
