Do we have to assign international freight to DEXENT?

No. Freight may remain in your scope. DEXENT’s role can focus on import coordination and local execution, or include freight when requested and agreed.

Can DEXENT support an operation requiring IOR or EOR?

These capabilities may be included after country and transaction review. The contracting parties, responsibilities, and available model are established during assessment.

Can DEXENT support temporary imports or special permits?

Those requirements can be assessed within the proposed scope. Product details, intended use, timelines, and local rules determine feasibility.

How are exceptions handled?

The operating plan defines reporting contacts, escalation routes, and decisions requiring client input. Actual response commitments depend on the agreed service scope.
